What are my shipping options?
In the continental US, Tuxedo Direct offers Free Standard Ground Shipping on any order over $125.00. Orders under $125.00 receive standard ground shipping for a flat rate of $4.95. Other rates apply in Alaska and Hawaii. Orders may take one to seven days, depending on the shipping address. Expedited shipping is available for an extra charge. All orders placed after 3:00 pm Eastern Standard Time will be processed the following day. UPS Ships Monday - Friday. Rate information is provided by the shopping cart at checkout. We cannot ship to a P.O. Box
When will I receive my order?
Tuxedo Direct will process your order immediately and usually ship it within 24 hours. In the rare instance when an item is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you right away. Standard ground shipping takes between one and seven days depending on where you're located. If you need your items in a hurry you may select three day, two day or overnight shipping at very reasonable rates. All orders placed after 3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time will be processed the following day. UPS ships Monday - Friday.
How much do you charge for handling?
Nothing! Because we make most of our own products and sell them to you direct we don't feel it's fair to charge extra for handling. Our commitment is to make your shopping experience as friendly and simple as possible...and to give you the best quality product at the best price.
What types of payment are accepted?
We will process your order when payment is received. Tuxedo Direct accepts Visa, MasterCard, and money orders. Sales tax will be charged to your order if you are a resident of New York Sate, Ohio or Pennsylvania.
What is the return policy?
Tuxedo Direct will exchange or return any merchandise that has not been altered or worn within 30 days of purchase. All tags must be intact and the merchandise should be in its original package and/or boxes. To exchange or return an item, you must request a Return Authorization Number. You can obtain your number by contacting us at 1-800-213-5049 or E-mail us at info@tuxedodirect.com. All returns must be shipped Pre-Paid.
